Manufacturer Warranty – General Terms

All electric bikes sold by Sawadeebike Co. Ltd., whether purchased directly through our company or via our authorized partners, are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Each manufacturer guarantees that their products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period, typically starting from the date of purchase. The exact duration and scope of coverage may vary depending on the brand and model.

Sawadeebike Co. Ltd. acts solely as a retailer and point of contact. We are not the warranty provider and therefore cannot be held responsible for the duration, availability, delivery times, or stock of replacement parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Any warranty claim must first be assessed by Sawadeebike Co. Ltd. through a technical inspection carried out in our workshop. Following this initial diagnosis, the claim will be submitted to the relevant manufacturer, supported by photos, technical reports, and diagnostic data.

Final approval or rejection of the warranty claim, as well as the decision to repair or replace components, remains entirely at the discretion of the manufacturer, in accordance with their internal policies and technical evaluation.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Customers are required to retain and present the original purchase receipt or official proof of purchase issued by Sawadeebike Co. Ltd. or an authorized dealer.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper repairs, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, or any use that does not comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Each manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether a defect falls within the scope of its warranty following inspection.

Warranty Coverage

Our e-bikes benefit from a 1-year warranty on key components, covering manufacturing defects and internal failures under normal use conditions.

The front fork and suspension are covered for one year. This warranty does not include scratches, dents, or any non-critical cosmetic damage.

The motor is covered for one year against functional failure, provided the issue is not caused by water exposure, impact, or improper use.

The battery is also covered for one year and applies strictly to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply if battery health falls below 60%, or in cases of damage caused by incorrect charging, water exposure, or impact.

The controller is covered for one year against internal failure. This does not include damage resulting from water ingress, misuse, improper wiring, or any external modification.

The LCD display is covered for one year in the event of malfunction. Damage caused by impact or cracked screens is not covered under warranty.
